Shri. Ito Basar, S/o Shri. Lei Basar graduated LL.B (3 years law course) from Gauhati University, Guwahati, Assam. He joined Arunachal Pradesh Judicial Service (APJS) Grade – I in 2013. Before joining as District & Sessions Judge, Bomdila he was posted as Registrar, Gauhati High Court, Itanagar Permanent Bench, District & Sessions Judge, Yupia, District & Sessions Judge, Tezu and Additional District & Sessions Judge, Pasighat, District & Sessions Judge- Khonsa.
